Cancellation Policy
At The Glow Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time set aside for each service, the following policies are in place:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer that time to another client.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service, which will be applied to the card on file.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service total to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, and the full service price will still apply. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and subject to the no-show fee.
By booking an appointment with The Glow Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Thank you for respecting my time and commitment to providing quality service to every client.
